Nuvoton Technology was spun off from Winbond Electronics in July 2008 and remains a related company of Winbond. Nuvoton values long-term relationships with its customers and partners, establishing research and development centers as well as authorized distributor service networks in the United States, mainland China, Israel, and other regions. Nuvoton Technology continues the product lines, core technologies, partnerships, customer base, and business operations of Winbond’s former logic IC division. At the same time, it continuously enhances product innovation and deepens its understanding of end-application markets, providing improved service levels to customers based on its existing foundation. Building on Winbond Electronics’ extensive experience in the computer logic IC-related product field, Nuvoton has achieved a high market share in I/O products. To meet the increasingly diverse demands of computer system development, Nuvoton has introduced products such as TPM (Trusted Platform Module) chips for
